The first HR hackathon »The future of work« was a success – more than 70 individuals from all generations with various professional backgrounds and experiences worked together to improve the way we work. The ideas developed on the hackathon prove, that there is a lot of creativity and inventiveness to be discovered and that knowledge-sharing gives the best results.

HR hackathon “The Future of Work” took place on Thursday, 15th of March, at Danfoss Trata in Ljubljana. Participants worked in small groups, where they were trying to hack the most burning HR issues and came to very interesting conclusions. After getting feedback from mentors, they pitched their ideas to the jury (consisting of representatives of partner companies (Danfoss Trata – idea initiator, A1 Slovenija, Siemens, Iskraemeco, Big Bang, Generali Zavarovalnica, Atlantic Grupa and Steklarna Hrastnik). The most creative idea, the most applicable idea, the most researched idea and the best pitch were awarded practical prizes – however, all the participants were invited to join the community and to keep co-creating a better future of work.
